I honestly know exactly how you feel…it’s partially why I haven’t even started making videos…I just can’t seem to stay serious with my fat loss goals. I am at the spot of feeling guilty that I’m not getting back on the wagon these days. You have a lot of courage and just by stating your goal in front of everyone and your feelings means you’ve faced part of your demons…you’ll know when it’s time! <3
